Ile d’Molene is a small Island outside the northwest coast of France, with approximately 200 habitants, that have solved their waste managment with the baling system from Flexus Balasystem. A truck collects the waste at the houses and discharge the waste directly into the baling plant where the waste is compressed and baled into sealed bales.
The bales is stored and when the storage is full they are shipped to the mainland for treatment. The Flexus baling system have give them a safe and clean handling of waste.
The handled waste volumes is approximately 150 tons/year, where the most volumes is produced during the tourist season.
